STAFF:
Guil Dudley, Ph.D., is a Jungian analyst and Director of Equestrian Quest. He has been its founder and director since its inception in 2000. Guil was licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California in 1982, is currently licensed in New Mexico, practicing in Santa Fe and at his ranch in the Abiquiu area. He has ridden and worked with horses since age 5, and is the first Jungian analyst to develop a system for applying Jung’s psychology to what has come to be known as “equine assisted therapy.” This work focuses on unconscious projections and pathways to healing and psychological development. He has authored two books and completed a manuscript for a third.
Jane Penrod, APRN, is a Jungian analyst currently practicing in Maryland and has also been working at Johns Hopkins Hospital for over twenty years treating medical students, residents and house staff. Before becoming an analyst she spent years working with thoroughbreds at the New York racetracks. She brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of horses.
